purpose and objective
The purposes of the Saugatuck Athletic Boosters are to provide community and financial support to the Saugatuck Athletic Programs by making athletics affordable and available for our Middle and High School athletes. The Athletic Boosters will work with the Athletic Department to find creative, profitable ways to provide support for all its athletes and their teams. The objective of the Athletic Boosters shall be to support and raise money for Saugatuck Middle and High School athletics and athletic scholarships while promoting school spirit through conferences, committees, projects, and programs.

The Saugatuck Athletic Boosters provides the majority of the funds needed to support SPS athletic programs. The Boosters would like to thank the parents, athletes, coaches and students for volunteering in the concession stands. We would also like to thank our business supporters for their continued support of SPS Athletics.
The Saugatuck Athletic Boosters is a 501c3 volunteer run organization whose mission is to provide community and financial support to the Saugatuck Athletic Programs by making athletics affordable and available to all of our students. The Boosters proudly funds student scholarships, athlete awards, broadcast coverage on 92.7 The Van, equipment and uniforms for our athletes.
In conjunction with the new mascot and logo branding, the Boosters established a goal to replace all team uniforms in the next three years. We are excited to announce that twenty-nine of our Middle School and High School teams have ordered new uniforms. The girls & boys basketball teams will debut their uniforms this winter. Stay tuned for info about upcoming opportunities to help us fundraise for additional uniforms! And, please come and cheer these athletes on as we are excited to welcome fans to the athletic events and provide them with concessions and a great SPS experience.
